- We follow a "Zero-Store" policy for protected health information (PHI). We don't store your medical records, diagnoses, or test results. We only coordinate the logistics around your care—like scheduling rides and meal deliveries—without ever seeing your medical details.
- Is there a mobile app available?
- Yes! MyCareCircle is available as native iOS and Android apps, making it easy for patients and care circle members to stay connected, receive notifications, and manage tasks on the go.
- Which healthcare systems do you integrate with?
- We integrate with major EHR systems including Epic and Cerner via SMART on FHIR. This allows us to sync appointment times and locations (but not medical details) to help coordinate rides and reminders.
- Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
- Absolutely. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. There are no long-term contracts or cancellation fees.
- Do you offer plans for healthcare organizations?
- Yes, our Organization plan is designed for hospitals, clinics, and care facilities. It includes enterprise EHR integration, unlimited recovery plans, and a dedicated care coordinator. Contact us for custom pricing on larger deployments.
